Our client reached out to us as they were looking to automate the process of checking the security of all documents. And automation is what Ciphix does best! We implemented a smart solution to automate this process using AI technology. Our purpose is to help our client actively comply with the GDPR so that the employees spend less time performing the security checks. The AI-driven robot starts when a stream of documents comes in. It then performs the following tasks:

Scan and read the documents
Determine sensitivity by means of classification
Documents are classified by their security level: C1, C2, C3, C4
Mask any personal or sensitive information (using Named Entity Recognition)
Delivers output report and all masked documents with their corresponding security class

The implementation of our solution has helped our client perform this process 10 times faster than a human employee would normally do. But more importantly, the solution helps to actively comply with the GDPR in a trouble-free manner.
