Acquisition is an important step in achieving growth ambitions

Hyperautomation specialist Ciphix is acquiring Bizzomate, an expert in low-code software solutions for digitising and optimising business processes. With this acquisition, Ciphix takes another step towards its ambition of becoming the leading European player in hyperautomation. Customers of both companies will benefit from an integrated service offering that addresses every conceivable digitalisation challenge. The portfolio now includes low-code apps, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Process Mining, and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions.

To achieve its growth ambitions, Ciphix launched a buy-and-build growth strategy with Mentha Capital in May 2023. This was followed by the acquisition of Webflight, a specialist in low-code apps, in September 2023, and now the acquisition of Bizzomate. As a result, Ciphix has grown into a company of more than 170 employees, working from offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Valkenburg.

With a team of over 75 certified professionals, Bizzomate has in-depth knowledge and a proven track record of implementing low-code applications across various industries, including healthcare and manufacturing. The company has successfully carried out digital transformation projects for organisations such as Maastricht University, Mental Care Group, and MediReva.
