From growth to cohesion: our course towards 2026
17 December 2025 • News
The end of the year is a natural moment to pause for reflection. To look back at what we have achieved together and, more importantly, to look ahead at where we are heading.
For Ciphix, 2025 was a year of building. After a period marked by growth, mergers and acquisitions, we made a conscious decision to focus on becoming one integrated organisation with a clear role: helping our customers establish a future-proof digital foundation.
In my first weeks as CEO, I spent a lot of time speaking with our teams to understand our culture, strengths and ambitions better. Those conversations reminded me of the X-ray trajectories we run with our customers: first observe carefully, understand deeply and gain clarity, before accelerating.
Because no matter how fast technology continues to evolve, or how many new AI tools emerge every day, real progress is not defined by the number of tools, pilots or experiments. What organisations truly need is a solid foundation: the ability to apply technology in a structural and responsible way, scalable by design and strengthening the people who work with it.
Helping organisations walk before they run
We see this clearly with our customers. The ambition to innovate is high, especially around AI, but without coherence and a clear direction, that ambition remains fragile. Processes are fragmented, systems do not communicate effectively, and legacy landscapes stand in the way of innovation. Often, there is simply a lack of overview to take the right steps in the right order.
Our role is therefore clear: to help organisations learn how to walk properly first, so they can then accelerate responsibly. Not to slow ambition down, but to enable sustainable progress.
Because real progress starts with a healthy digital foundation. We build that foundation together with our customers, end-to-end: with modern applications that fit day-to-day operations, systems that work seamlessly together, and reliable, usable data as the basis for automation and AI. This creates space for sustainable innovation and for efficiency gains that directly support business objectives.
Impactful collaborations we are proud of
This approach runs as a common thread through the projects we have proudly delivered for our customers this year. Always with the same goal: supporting organisations from analysis and design through to implementation and continuous improvement, delivering visible and measurable business impact.
At Marel, we enabled growth without a proportional increase in personnel costs by deploying digital workers and integrated solutions. At Rockwool, the focus was on modernising an outdated AS/400 landscape that was holding back innovation. And at Mental Care Group, we saw how a better-integrated digital foundation directly contributed to shorter waiting times and more room for human interaction in healthcare.
Our direction for 2026
Looking ahead to 2026, we will continue to build on this foundation. The acquisitions of recent years have enabled us to operate as a true end-to-end partner, combining robotic process automation, low-code development, process intelligence and AI in a coherent and integrated way.
We could not do this without the close collaboration with our strategic partners Mendix, Workato and UiPath. Together, we ensure that technology does not stand alone, but becomes an integral part of a robust and future-proof digital foundation.
Creating impact together
The impact we create is reflected not only in our customer projects but also in the way our teams work together. If there is one thing that has stood out to me in recent months, it is the quality of our customers and the strength of our people: the Ciphians. With the right toolkit, sharp minds and a healthy dose of pragmatism, they consistently succeed in tackling complex challenges.
At this time of year, we also reflect on how we can contribute beyond our day-to-day projects. As such, we have once again chosen not to send physical Christmas gifts. Instead, we will make a donation to a charity that provides help where it is needed most. We choose this organisation together with our valuable partners and relations.
On behalf of everyone at Ciphix, I would like to thank you for the collaboration over the past year. We are proud of what we have achieved together and look ahead to 2026 with confidence. I wish you an inspiring, healthy and successful New Year.
