The tool provides citizens with instant insight into their chances of receiving relief and helps municipalities in providing information to citizens and caregivers.

How does the Waiver Check work?

The Discharge Check allows citizens without a DigiD login and by answering only 8 questions to estimate their eligibility for discharge. The results are presented through a clear traffic light system:

• Green: High probability of remission.
• Orange: Possible chance of remission.
• Red: No chance of remission.

This accessible approach simplifies the application process and helps citizens gain immediate insight.
