The Waiver Check is a solution, developed in co-creation by Involon and Bizzomate, that makes the process of remission simpler and more efficient. The tool provides citizens with instant insight into their chances of getting remission and helps municipalities in providing information to citizens and social workers.

How does the Waiver Check work?

The Waiver Check allows citizens without a DigiD login to estimate their eligibility for remission by answering only 8 questions. The results are presented through a clear traffic light system:

• Green: High probability of remission.
• Orange: Possible chance of remission.
• Red: No chance of remission.

This accessible approach simplifies the application process and helps citizens gain immediate insight.
