Due Diligence

Determining where to start and where not to start

Due Diligence is designed for organizations that know there are opportunities, but are not yet clear where to start. Instead of immediately investing in solutions, we first bring focus to the issue.

In short, focused sessions, we explore where in your organization the most value can be gained and which processes, bottlenecks or ambitions are relevant for this. This creates direction without heavy obligations or long trajectories.

This format helps you gain maximum clarity on the next step with minimal effort.

X-Ray

From insight to informed choices

The X-Ray is the heart of our approach. Here we map how processes, applications, integrations and data in your organization are really connected. Not on the basis of assumptions but by analyzing in a focused way what is happening today.

We make visible where value is lost, where automation or AI can help and where other choices are needed first. This creates a shared and factual picture that gives direction on what to build and what not to build.

The X-Ray prevents fragmented initiatives, loose pilots and provides the basis for scalable apps, integrations and automation.

AI Kickstart (An Xray variant with a focus on AI)

Is AI on the agenda, but lacking the overview to make the right choices? Then the AI Kickstart is a logical first step. This approach is a specific variant of our Xray, with extra focus on AI applications within your processes, data and application landscape.

Instead of starting with tools or experiments, we first bring clarity. We examine where AI actually adds value, what preconditions are needed and where automation or optimization without AI might be more effective.

This way you avoid isolated pilots and lay an underpinned foundation for responsible AI implementation.

Sprint 0

From insight to a concrete and executable plan

Sprint 0 is the moment when insights from the X-Ray are translated into a concrete starting point for realization. Here we determine what will be built, in what order and with what starting points.

Together we bring scope, priorities, dependencies and preconditions sharply into focus. Not to seal everything up, but to be able to start building with confidence.

Sprint 0 ensures alignment between business and IT and prevents rework, delays and scope discussions during implementation.
