Fourth consecutive ‘Great Place To Work’ certification for Ciphix

Ciphix, a specialist in custom software solutions for digitizing and optimizing business processes, has achieved Great Place To Work certification for the fourth time in a row. This year’s independent employee survey revealed an overall score of 96%, more than enough for the fourth certificate and a slight increase over last year (95%).
Anne van der Heide, Happiness Officer at Ciphix: “We are extremely proud of the improved overall score of our fourth Great Place To Work certification in a row. It shows that even in an organization that is already doing well, scores can be improved even further. We do this by carefully analyzing feedback from the Great Place To Work survey and then actively working on areas for improvement. Based on this year’s results, for example, we want to look at how we can further optimize feedback opportunities and communication with employees. In doing so, we hope to achieve an even higher score for next year.”
Independent anonymous research
Great Place To Work Netherlands has certified Ciphix for the fourth time following an independent and anonymous employee survey. Five key values were examined: credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie. The Great Place To Work approach is used in more than 60 countries, at over 10,000 organizations worldwide.
100 percent scores
The total score is fully representative this year because all employees filled out the survey. In addition, 100 percent of employees rated the organization’s contribution to society as positive. Employees at Ciphix are allowed to devote 10 percent of their time to a social cause.
The statement that making mistakes is allowed and part of the job was also viewed positively by 100 percent of survey participants. On all other values tested: credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie, Ciphix again scored well above 90 percent this year.
Adjustments based on Great Place To Work feedback
Each year, Ciphix goes to work with the CultureClub, a special team of engaged employees, on outcomes from the survey. For example, based on feedback from last year, the profit scheme for employees has been optimized, job profiles have been more clearly defined and employees are now better informed about their advancement opportunities. As a result, the score for clearly communicating expectations from management rose from 84 to 94 percent this year. Based on the feedback from this year’s survey, the CultureClub is also going to create another plan of action. In this way, Ciphix hopes to increase its rankings even further.
High eNPS score
This year, for the first time, the eNPS score was included in the survey.
This eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) score measures the level of employee satisfaction and loyalty within an organization. The score is calculated based on the percentage of employees who would recommend the organization to others. Ciphix achieved a score of 93 percent, an excellent indication of the sense of satisfaction and loyalty among employees.
