Our solution

We created an RPA solution that automates the complete administrative off-boarding without any human interference. The process starts when an off-boarding ticket is entered in ServiceNow. Our robot is built to perform the following tasks:

  • Daily check for off-boarding tickets in ServiceNow
  • Remove VPN rights using a Powercell script
  • Remove user from all applications
  • Report status of deletion back to ServiceNow

Our solution fully automates (100%) this process and saves over 360 hours on a yearly basis. Our robot is developed in such a way that it does not raise any security issues.
