As a Ciphix team member you operate on the front line of innovation. You are interested in putting Robotics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence into practice in order to optimize organizations. Ciphix Technical Support is all about providing our clients with the best assistance possible. How do we do that? With a great team and even greater people. As part of the Technical Support division you will be responsible for supporting our clients with various problems. In addition to providing the best solutions for their problems, you will be communicating directly with our clients and ensuring their digital workforce is performing optimally.


As the first point of contact for our clients you will be assisting the client in identifying any changes or roadblocks in their process which are hindering their workforce. You will be working closely with our Implementation Leads and Solution Architects in order to provide them with the necessary information to further optimize the digital workforce. Some programming knowledge or experience with RPA/AI/ML is an advantage. Although affinity with IT is the most important.
