As a Ciphix team member you operate on the front line of innovation. You are interested in putting Robotics into practice in order to optimize organizational processes. Furthermore, you analyze the existing processes at our clients and find opportunities to automate these. You do this in close contact with the rest of the Ciphix team and the customer. From the start you have a key role in projects that we carry out for the customer. You work jointly or independently on projects according to the scrum methodology. You will constantly be involved in mapping, implementing and improving processes through software robots. Experience with programming is an advantage, but not required. Although affinity with IT is the most important. Become part of Ciphix and you get the opportunity to determine your own path and to follow your development plan together with us.

Who are you?

• A Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree (i.e.  Business Information Management, Econometrics, Engineering, Business Administration or Informatics)
• Proven interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or technologies alike
• Experience with programming is an advantage
• You are an ambitious team player who likes to deliver quality
• You combine clear communication and technical knowledge and therefore offer added value to both colleagues and customers
• You master the Dutch and English language in speech and writing
• You are full-time available (or at least 32 hours)
