We promise our clients the best possible support from our Support Department. Due to our growth Support is essential! As the Commercial Support Lead, it is your job to understand our clients’ needs and translate them into new (commercial) opportunities. It is your goal to (help) achieve maximum client satisfaction.

You manage and develop the contracting cycle, and work together with other implementation departments to improve the client experience. Together with the Operational Support Lead, you build a solid support department.

What exactly will you be doing? You:

  • Take the lead in all commercial activities that arise from the support department
  • Identify opportunities, develop new products, and manage client contracting
  • (Help) develop dashboards to identify commercial opportunities
  • Join forces with the Operational Support Lead to leverage the opportunities that arise from our day-to-day business, and improve the operational processes

 

To become a Ciphian you own 

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a support environment
  • Knowledge on, and experience with, the ITIL framework
  • Skills to negotiate and persistence in achieving goals despite difficulty
  • Passion about Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Result-orientation (you are responsible for the yearly support target)
  • Proactivity, flexibility and team player skills
  • The Dutch and English language in speech and writing
  • Preferably full-time availability
