Based in Rotterdam, Ciphix is one of the fastest growing RPA and AI implementation partners in The Netherlands. By integrating multiple innovative technologies, Ciphix Develops ‘virtual employees’ with the aim of taking the robot out of the human. For the current expansion and further growth of our organization, we are looking for a hands-on Commercial Support Lead.

Job Description

Our promise to the client is that the Support Department tends entirely to the software robots that Ciphix has implemented. As the Commercial Support Lead, it is your job to facilitate the growth of our Support Department.You are able to identify commercial opportunities that arise from client-support contact. You consult our clients on scalable support and performance management solutions in order to maximize client satisfaction. 

You manage and develop the contracting cycle, and work together with other implementation departments to improve client experience. Together with the Operational Support Lead, you build a solid support department.

 What will you be doing?

  • Taking the lead in all commercial activities that arise from the support department. 
  • Identify opportunities, develop new products, and manage client contracting. 
  • Join forces with the Operational Support Lead to leverage the opportunities that arise from our day-to-day business, and improve the operational processes

Who are you?

  • You possess a university level Master’s degree.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a support environment. 
  • You are passionate about Ciphix’s mission and vision, and are able to translate this into. commercial activities.
  • Interested in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (experience in this field is a plus).
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are target driven (responsible for the yearly support target).
  • You are result oriented, proactive, flexible and a real team player.
  • You master the Dutch and English language in speech and writing.
  • You are available full-time.
