Identifying suitable processes and building your business case
During your automation journey, a crucial activity is defining processes suitable for automation. During this exercise, we aim to inspire your department about RPA and/or AI. The RPA and/or AI X-Ray is performed to explore your business processes, collect them and evaluate them over the axis of suitability and business case feasibility. After the X-Ray, your department will be familiar with RPA and/or AI and potential processes have been identified. Additionally, a prioritized backlog has been created which includes potential business cases. In other words, the automation journey is ready to take off!
