As the Technical Lead you both initiate and ensure Ciphix’ technical roadmap. You lead by example and thereby facilitate the technical growth of our organization. We integrate innovative technologies with the aim of taking the robot out of the human. Ciphix uses a best of breed strategy, embracing technical opportunities that will help us fulfil our mission.

It’s your job to make sure our solution architects and developers get the most out of our existing technologies and you’re at the frontline of innovation ensuring future relevance and impact.

What exactly will you be doing? You:

• Initiate and ensure technical roadmap
• Guide and teach solution architects and developers in both personal and team development
• Review and improve code and deployment quality
• Lead by example

To become a Ciphian you own: 

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills, energy and commitment
• Enthusiasm, a can-do attitude, self-starting and entrepreneurship
• Result-focus, commercial drive and decisiveness
• Passion about Ciphix’s aim and you are able to translate this into operational activities
• Knowledge and experience with RPA (Preferably UiPath) / Programming languages (C++, C#, VB) / Python / AI & ML platforms (i.e. GCP) / 3-5 years experience
• Azure DevOps, Git
• Interest in innovative technologies such as RPA and AI
• The Dutch and English language in speech and writing
• Preferably full-time availability
