Ciphix is looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop an integrated Ciphix marketing plan. In this job you operate solo in close cooperation with our Managing Directors and HR department. We are looking for an energetic colleague with a commercial drive. You are determined to increase deal sizes and the value of our future and existing clients due to your contribution.

What exactly will you be doing? You:

• Love creating creative content and innovative articles;
• Create an integrated marketing plan;
• Organise events;
• Implement Hubspot CRM;
• Co-create and start Recruitment Campaigns to attract talent;
• Develop the Ciphix Newsletter.

To become a Ciphian you own: 

• You have ± 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a (junior) Marketing specialist
• Interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
• A positive mindset to guide our clients towards building their true digital workforce
• Innovating fearlessly
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Result-orientation, commercial drive and decisiveness
• The Dutch and English language in speech and writing
