At Ciphix, we enable digital workforces to handle more complex tasks using Artificial Intelligence, Conversational Automation, and RPA. As a Conversational Designer you will design the dialogs to optimize the user experience of our clients. The challenge lies within bringing a robot to life and creating a sensation of conversing with a real person.

You design magnificent robots together with our team, with character and personality that fit our clients. You do this in close contact with the client. Furthermore, is it important to design chat flows to guide the client to the answers they need as fast as possible. From the start you have a key role in projects that we carry out for our clients. As a Conversational Designer you will stay involved after deployment of the chatbot to optimize the robot for future use.

What exactly will you be doing? You:

• Design conversational workflows
• Work on user testing
• Optimize our Chatbots
• Design conversations with the freedom to use you preferred software tools
• Understand the clients’ needs
