Automating repetitive processes
A robot, or virtual employee, is developed to handle one (or more) of your repetitive, rule-based processes. During the design sprint, the process is mapped and a solution is outlined. During the development sprint, the actual software robot is built as designed and thoroughly tested in the test environment. Once it is brought into production, we enter the hypercare phase in which the robot is monitored closely while running its first production rounds and adjustments are made as needed. After those phases are completed, your new virtual employee is ready to execute the process in real-time. We execute the development of virtual employees together with our partners, UiPath & Microsoft Power Platform.
