Lease contracts are manually created by employees, based on free text. This is very inefficient and errors are easily made. We implemented an RPA solution that automates the processing of new lease contracts. As a result, the amount of administrative work is reduced.
New lease contracts are processed at the sales & marketing department of a Real Estate company. Employees manually create new lease contracts, based on free text. Next, they generate a DocuSign envelope and process the contract in two different software applications (Salesforce and a property management software).
This process is highly repetitive and time-consuming. Since these lease contracts are based on free text, workers work inefficiently, unstructured and prone to errors. Before building our robot, we standardized the lease contracts to reduce the number of exceptions. It now serves as an ideal case for an RPA solution.
